Our health coaching approach employs the principles of ancestral health – the concept that our genes are primed to allow optimal expression for good health when we eliminate some modern influences from the diet. We teach clients easy to follow guidelines and support them every step of the way. We also teach lifestyle principles to reduce stress, improve sleep and optimize exercise activity.
We offer coaching sessions via video or telephone, as our client prefers. In-person coaching is available to Philadelphia area clients. We follow up with written summaries after each coaching session.
We know that making changes is difficult, and at times clients need extra support to sustain the positive changes they are making in their lives. We offer telephone and email support as needed between coaching sessions.
